BEAUTY LAB: MAKEUP REMOVERS
DOVE FOAMING MAKEUP REMOVER
Jacque de Borja, Editorial Assistant
PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
Consistency
Dove’s make up remover comes in a pump, which turns the cleanser from liquid to foam; the consistency was very light and not oily at all!
Scent
The scent was just right, perfect for those people who are not fond of products that give off a strong scent.
Packaging
It comes in a 155ML bottle, which will only last you a short period of time especially if you wear foundation or mascara daily.
APPLICATION
Three pumps of the product is enough, (although I do four out of habit), to do the job when applied onto wet or dry skin. My skin felt cleansed and fresh after using it; no traces of residue at all. I still use a facial wash as suggested after, though!
EFFICTIVENESS
Ease of use
Even if the foam feels so light it definitely removes all traces of my foundation and eye makeup, which means that I don’t have to make extra effort of rubbing it onto my skin or adding a little more product.
Recommendation
It’s perfect for those girls who don’t like oil-based removers because it doesn’t leave residue and will just make your skin feel light and fresh. It instantly removes foundation and mascara, which is perfect just for anyone, I guess!
