  • Having to drink 8 glasses of water a day IS NOT A MYTH! It is one of the most effective ways of preventing renal stones. What a misleading heading. For an entirely healthy body, we should all eat veggies and fruits AND DRINK 8 GLASSES (OR 2L) OF WATER A DAY. What's the use of nice skin if you are writhing in pain from a urinary stone?
