HINDY WEBER-TANTOCO

The Fashion Institute of Technology-educated fashion designer got her start by selling tie-dye shirts in the early '90s. The former designer of Culte Femme—an in-house label of Rustan's that is a go-to brand of fashionable females for sexy, urban ensembles—has been in the industry for over ten years. NICOLE WHISENHUNT

One of the premier accessory designers in Manila, Nicole offers a selection of beautifully beaded and hand-worked neckpieces, earrings, and cuffs every season. In between designing collections and curating art, fashion, and furniture exhibits, she also oversees operations of Cura V, an accessory and home boutique. MACO CUSTODIO
