Retail store The Ramp recently tapped young designer and Preview Designer to Watch for 2010 Vania Romoff to come up with a capsule collection just in time for prom season. A coup for the emerging designer, the project marks Vania's first entry into the commercial market. We interview the formerly Cebu-Manila based womenswear designer about the collaboration, her "discovery" during the Preview Emerging Fashion Talent Awards (PEFTA), her capsule collection for The Ramp—its muse, design direction, and production process.
