If you find yourself doing nothing but lounging lazily by the pool this summer, it's time to wake up, shake up your lazy bones, and let the heat take you to the beach! You'll be in good company–Manila's most stylish ladies will be there as they catch the waves with the water sports they love.

As you get in the ocean, you're bound to spot surfing sisters Lorraine and Amanda Lapus riding wave after wave, along with designer, model, and DJ Christina Bartges. Try to catch a glimpse of Paula Rosales as she whizzes by on her wakeboard, or scope out Amanda Carpo, who might be swimming in her next triathlon. Don't dry off just yet, for you can expect to see Cristalle Henares emerging from a scuba diving session.

It's no wonder that these girls have such amazing bikini bodies! The beach beckons, so there's no excuse for the rest of us to laze around this summer.
