FROM TRASH TO FASH

Trash turns to fashion in this eco-friendly show.

Everyone knows you can (and should!) reduce, reuse, and recycle. Who knew that the three R's so aptly apply to fashion too? Members of La Salle College International Manila proved just that by turning everyday trash into fun fashion.

In a fashion show dubbed DENR Night - Eco Fashion Show for the Environment students and faculty members showcased their pieces made out of recycled, organic and indigenous materials. The show was part of the 5th Eco-Products International Fair held last March 19-22, 2009 at the SMX Convention Center.
