Missoni Loves Havaianas!

Detour to Greenbelt 5, girls, the limited edition flip-flops have arrived!

Finally, the much-awaited Missoni-Havaianas collaboration has arrived in the country and they are exclusively available at Adora in Greenbelt 5 starting today! (Doors open at 11:00am.)

The three styles—two for women, one for men—are imprinted with the Italian luxury fashion house’s signature zig-zag patterns that range from wiggly waves with slim straps, sharper edges for the tops, and the hazy tribal lines for guys. All straps come in black, staying steely against the a bright backdrop.

The colors were specially picked to combine the red, green, and white of Italy’s flag with the yellow and green of Brazil. Throw in some oranges and blues and you’ve got the festive feel both countries posess.

Each of the very limited 200 pairs of the Missoni loves Havaianas collection is packaged inside an exclusively designed Missoni knit shoe bag that will likely be as precious to a fashionista as the slippers themselves.

“I love Havaianas and they are flip-flops that I collect and like to wear. So, as soon as I had the chance, I suggested a partnership,” says Angela Missoni, Creative Director of the House of Missoni, “It’s no coincidence that we have called this partnership, ‘Missoni loves Havaianas.’”

It must be true; every gal loves her flip-flops as much as her heels. Here’s one more reason to love them all the more.
