Blame it on the weather—the nippy air and somber skies seem to have inspired Manila's daring denizens to shine in another hot trend for Fall. And shine they do, quite literally! Glossy gams have been spotted all over the blogosphere, as faux leather and PVC transform ordinary tights into liquid leggings.

Previously spotted on the likes of trendsetters Kate Moss, Rihanna, and Mary Kate Olsen, these eel leggings have finally slithered their way to Manila. We love how a pair becomes an instant style statement, not to mention a comfy and affordable alternative to tight leather pants ala Givenchy and Balmain.

We found these stylish girls giving off a glam rock star vibe with these slick scene stealers, pairing them with everything from sexy gladiator heels to tailored blazers.
