Even if we live in a tropical country it seems that for fashionistas, it's never too hot to wear leather. Hence the sudden emergence of hip leather and leather-paneled leggings (Note: not liquid leggings) that hug the legs in that sexy, rock and roll way. Mind you, it's got the comfort and edge that gives any outfit a needed dose of cool, no matter what your personal style is.
