There's another trend that has been sweeping Manila, a cross between the maxi and a mini—the mullet. It's just as perfect for dressed down days paired with a tank top or button down as it is on a formal gown. This high-low hem is certainly a hit!

First seen on the runways of Alexander McQueen and Lanvin for Spring/Summer 2011, the trend has already been picking up! Even local designers like Arcy Gayatin, Joel Escober and Vania Romoff, have been toying with this look in their collections!
