For MAC users: if the AR application cannot access or turn on your webcam, try any of the following solutions.
- Download the Adobe Flash Player 64-bit plugin here (http://www.tinyurl.com/2frejs4) and install it. You will have to close your browser to install this, so just relaunch the page again after.
- It may be due to a Google plug-in in your computer. To uninstall, go to MACINTOSH HD/LIBRARY/APPLICATION SUPPORT/GOOGLE and double-click on GoogleVoiceandVideoUninstaller.app. Be sure to close all browsers before doing so. (Don’t worry, this is not going to affect the performance of your MAC.)
